Description
A gravity drip water filter is made by stacking two food-grade 5-gallon plastic buckets on top of each other. A hole is drilled through the bottom of the top bucket and the lid of the bottom bucket. The water filter is attached through the holes, connecting the two buckets. A spigot is put in the bottom bucket to access filtered water.
The filter is made of silver-impregnated ceramic and filled with activated carbon material. A filter sock is included to go over the filter and strain out large particles. The filter should last for one year.
