Canyon Rim Residents Turn Out in Force at Air Quality Hearing
residents from Canyon Rim and across Millcreek and surrounding areas showed up in strong numbers at Millcreek City Hall to make their voices heard at a public hearing hosted by the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) regarding a proposed air quality permit for an aggregate mining operation in Parley’s Canyon.

Internet Essentials Program Provides Internet to Familes in Need
Comcast and Canyon Rim residents partnered to provide over 30 low-income families with both a brand new laptop and a free internet connection through Comcast’s Internet Essentials program. While Comcast donated over 30 laptops to the cause, Canyon Rim residents donated over $3,000 to subsidize internet connections for qualifying families.
