Service Project: Snack Drive

The Ronald McDonald House supports out-of-town families who need a place to stay while their child receives medical treatment at a Salt Lake-area hospital. Canyon Rim Cares seeks to provide snacks for those families as a method of helping them worry less about meals while they have more important matters to deal with.

Canyon Rim is Community is grassroots effort by residents of the Canyon Rim neighborhood of Millcreek City, Utah to produce community events that bring residents together. Events produced by Canyon Rim is Community include the Canyon Rim Symposia series, the Canyon Rim Cares Service Weekend and several more on the way. The Canyon Rim Symposia Series features presentations on various topics of general interest. The Canyon Rim Cares single-day event to provide opportunities for residents to participate in community service.
